Every Monday and Saturday join us at SUR Beach House for morning Yoga class from 8:00am - 9:00am and lead by our resident yoga instructor, Michelle Slade.
We will provide mats, towels, and other necessary equipment (of course you are welcome to bring your own mat).
Included with the class will be a glass of juice, coffee, or water.
Michelle Slade graduated from the University of Calgary in 1999, and began her 15 year career as a high school math teacher. While teaching was incredibly rewarding, she had never put her health first until she began taking a yoga and pilates fusion class. Michelle fell in love with the discipline and joined the Calgary Pilates Centre to gain a deeper understanding and knowledge about the practice. In 2010, she became certified with STOTT PILATES, and continued to take courses as the industry progressed.
Once she finished her first pilates certification, she ventured into the Bikram Yoga community and felt in tune with the intense heated discipline. In 2011, she went to Los Angeles for a 9 week training course to become a certified Bikram teacher and has taught the practice in numerous destinations such as, Hawaii, Palm Desert, Los Angeles and Dublin!
In 2014 Michelle spent 6 months in Honolulu to become certified as a 200 RYT Vinyasa Flow instructor. She felt it was time to learn other disciplines of yoga, and wanted to challenge her mind/body and continue growing on her wellness journey. With so much training under her belt Michelle is incredibly excited to share her passion for yoga and pilates in beautiful Los Cabos. “It is a blessing to do what I love in this amazing space, meet new friends and be a part of your wellness journey!”
