Chef Rogelio García and his team work with fresh, high-quality ingredients in order to let their flavors shine. Bar Esquina is proud to use organic ingredients from local farms, USDA´s Choice and Prime meats, as well as fresh seafood from the Pacific and Sea of Cortez. Favorite dishes include the tuna tartar and mesquite grilled filet. Our menu is constantly evolving based on the season.
Bar Esquina guests can sit at the white marble bar in a very social atmosphere, alfresco on the terrace, or at the chef's table, watching the chef and his team working in the exhibition kitchen.
